Thinking about change.....
Well, I've been in Real Estate for over a year now. Although I have enjoyed it and done well, I am considering a position back with LSI. they have a production planner position job open which I have applied for. I have an interview at 2:00 on Monday. I am a little excited and a little scared but will see what they have to say and what I can offer them. I am getting alot of pressure to stay here at the office full time but I can't say right now that that is what I am going to do. So I'm going to my interview Monday then see how things go from there. This came on suddenly a week ago Sunday when I saw the ad in the paper for the LSI job. I've spread my wings and maybe now it's time for me to go home....a weekly check and benefits is sounding better and better every day!

I guess it all depends on what makes you happier. I have seen the lines in your face become less prominent in the last year or so, your spirit seems lighter and you smile more often and how i love that smile. this is a heavy decision to make... i don't know what i would do except pray and know that even if i chose incorrectly that God will always have his wings spread over me and the ones i love. I hope you can follow your heart and that you will find peace in your choice.
Love ya, Beth
Mom
Hey Beth,
It's not easy to live on the edge when you are self-employed. Especially given the climate in the real estate market these days! Go to the interview on Monday and see what they have to offer and then make an informed decision about what's next. Remember, nothing is written in stone. I'm cheering for you either way. Love, Kathy
Beth,
It is always hard to make such big decisions. I can only say that when I chose, at the last minute, to apply for a postion, it has been in my benefit. This job is a good example. I thought I would never return to TVCCA, but this is "home" for me.
You will need to really consider what is offered to you. I agree with Mom, it need to outweigh the quicker smiles. :)
There are good things in a regular check and benefits, though. Man, is it hard to make those choices.
No matter what, I love you, and will pray for you!
Cindy P :)
Mom, you have made a huge step to go into Real Estate, and even though you love it very much, money and benefits sounds good. Whatever you decide to do, I'm here for you girlfriend! (although we ALL know that LSI will take you back in a heartbeat, you're just too good at what you do for them to say no!) I love you mom!
