Dropkick Murphys

This is The Dropkick Murphy's. I apologize for the poor quality, we were getting pushed around.
but then again, you can't expect much more for 10 feet from center stage at a Celtic punk show.
this is The Murphy's performing again, We moved here because Erin wasn't liking how rough the crowd was getting

This video is actually The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, not the Dropkick Murphy's. The Bosstones are touring with the Murphy's, so they performed too. I apologize if you want to really here the sound in it, we were right up front and there was a lot of bass, so the sounds not good.

Well this is what I did on the Twelfth. Erin came over, and we left here at 3:30 to go to Pawtucket, RI to McCoy stadium. We arrived at about 4:45 and waited for the gates to open, which was late, They were supposed to open at 5 but they didn't until 5:30. the show started at 6:30( a half an hour late too) and was started off by a fem-punk band (that means it was a girl band) from L.A. I don't remember what the name was, but they weren't great. I'm sure I could listen to a CD but there live performance was not good. following this was the changing of sets. While the fem-punk band was on, we saw a guy get pulled from the pit, limp but very much awake, leading me to believe that the kick he took to the face may have broken his neck. Anyway, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones came next, they are a ska- punk band from Boston, and put on a good show, involving the crowd quite a bit. Also, they yelled at the crowd for throwing beer bottles around (don't worry they were plastic). At one point, someone threw a full bottle straight up, which looked really cool. It went up and just sorta seemed to stop for a couple seconds. but anyway, they played their full set, and then they stopped and there was a change of sets, at which point Erin and I, who started off the the side of they stage, moved to center stage for the Dropkick Murphy's. When they came on though, it got too rough for erin and so we moved out. on our way out, there was a man pushing Erin, and so I pushed him out of the way. He in turn, pusheed her and then me. I didn't take him pushing her around very well, and punched him in the chest, breaking a couple of his ribs (the is known by the unarguable cracking that i felt upon contact). from this point on, the show was fine. We moved out, but were still close to the stage, and enjoyed our show. anyway, she was getting tired and so we left about halfway through what was supposed to be the last song. It wasn't. We got about halfway out of the parking lot when the encore started. Fireworks went off into they sky and the music rang out as we walked to the car, and drove off into the night, not to return home until 12:30 AM. Quite the night. fun, exciting, and violent at times.
